Do you dream of being a model-actress? 16-year-old Brittany Martinez does too! And now, thanks to winning ELLEgirl’s Annual Nationwide Model Search, her dream has become a reality. While on vacation in Dallas, Texas with her mom, Brittany got a call with the good news and, soon after, she was on a plane to NYC! Once arriving in Manhattan, the Eagle, Idaho native was whisked away to a luxury downtown apartment where a gift basket with goodies awaited her. But the best part was yet to come—as part of Brittany’s prize package, she scored an acting spot on CBS’ award-winning daytime drama Guiding Light (right before its bittersweet end). Even better: After her TV debut, Brittany got to do a glamorous photo shoot with GL cutie Zack Conroy! The photos were snapped by celebrity photographer Francis Hills, who has also worked with Megan Fox and Kimora Lee Simmons.
Even though Brittany’s fabulous time in New York was brief, her moment in the spotlight didn’t end there. Not only is she kicking back at home with a free, year’s supply of SoBe water but—with the help of ELLEgirl—she now has good representation both locally and in NYC. Oh, and did we mention that her new acting coach is none other than Cody Linley’s mom?!? (Hmm. Wonder whether Brittany’s ever met the Hannah Montana hottie…)
Stay tuned for news on how you can be the next ELLEgirl Model Search winner! Until then, check out these pics of Brittany, Zack, and EG Model Search runner-up Ally Taylor.

Are you a fan of Las Vegas–bred pop-punkers Panic! at the Disco? Me too! Last week I sat down with the band's totally crush-worthy members, Brendon and Spencer, to get the scoop on "New Perspective" (their latest single), their summer tour with Blink-182, and what they were really like in high school. Check it out. —Erin Clements
Lady Gaga’s “Pokerface” already inspired Kanye West to re-work the song into I Make her Say, and come fall, you’ll be able to see the two hit the stage together. As Kanye announced earlier: a co-tour is in the works! No official word yet on where they’re heading, but there are rumors that they might perform in Buffalo on October 4 first. With Kanye and Lady Gaga being two of the biggest powerhouses in music these days, you can imagine that the tour will be huge. "It's going to be one of the most groundbreaking moments in touring history," Lady Gaga told the BBC recently. And besides sorting out all the hectic pre-tour details, the two seem to be getting along like an old couple. “We’re finishing each other's sentences,” Lady Gaga said in the interview. Stay tuned for more info coming soon.

Today marks the DVD release of Zac Efron vehicle 17 Again (the heartthrob discussed the role with ELLE back in April). It’s been a busy week for Efron: The High School Musical alum, currently filming The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud,
hit the red carpet at the Teen Choice Awards Sunday night looking
casual-cool in a plaid blue button-down, making it all the more
difficult to believe that he didn’t take the Choice Hottie Male award
(though we’ll admit that winner Robert Pattison was a formidable opponent). —Erin Clements
Pretty boys Taylor Lautner and Chace Crawford both looked dapper Sunday evening at the Teen Choice Awards. The two were spotted wearing similar styles that made for a perfect grass-carpet ensemble. They both opted for tailed button-down gravy vests, which they layered on top of sport shirts and paired with fitted jeans, making them look downright dreamy as they posed for paparazzi. As the night continued, both boys felt the love from their adoring fans as Taylor won Choice Movie Fresh Face Male for his role as Jacob Black in Twlight, and Chase won Choice TV Actor for his role as Nate Archibald on Gossip Girl.

Chace Crawford stepped out to celebrate the launch of the Blackberry Tour Smartphone at NYC’s Thomson Hotel LES last night. It’s been a busy week for the Gossip Girl
heartthrob: He also joined costars Ed Westwick, Michelle Trachtenberg,
and Jessica Szhor at nightspot Hiro for Taylor Momsen’s 16th birthday
bash Tuesday night, at which she performed with her band Pretty
Reckless. What else is on the horizon for Crawford? The actor will be a
presenter at the 26th annual MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by Russell
Brand. —Erin Clements

Twilight star Robert Pattinson was one of the main
attractions at San Diego’s Comic-Con. The vampire hunk joined costars
Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner for a well-attended panel discussion
on upcoming sequel New Moon. Posing in a grunge-chic plaid
flannel button-down layered over jeans and a T-shirt, the handsome
heartthrob looked hardly the geeky fanboy. For a rundown of other
celebs who attended the convention, check out Wonderwall’s gallery. —Erin Clements
Texan-bred sexy boy Tyson Ballou need not put much effort into his chiseled aesthetic. Known for his athletic physique, the most lusted-after veteran of the modeling industry is on our list of hotties we’d like to meet. Until then, we’ll watch him in Dolce & Gabbana’s first video in their new anthology collection for their provocative and compelling fragrance campaign. As Le Bateleur, Tyson displays a très mystérieuse intensity in the sneak peek that we can’t wait to watch when the full version is launched in September. Thirty seconds of mesmeric music, avant-garde camera shots, and a glimpse at Tyson’s pecs left us high and dry in anticipation. And we’re kind of wondering if a spritz of Dolce’s new fragrance will immerse us in the same type of chic reverie as the video…hot male model included?!

In upcoming blockbuster G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra,
which follows the iconic action figure’s epic battles, hunky actor
Channing Tatum (who is far more suave than any of our childhood toys)
plays Special Ops hero Duke. At a London photocall for the film, also
attended by costars Sienna Miller, Dennis Quaid, and Karolina Kurkova,
Tatum eschewed military garb for a dapper black vest, white shirt, and
pin-stripe trousers by Dolce & Gabbana. For more on his role, check
out ELLE’s interview with Tatum. —Erin Clements
Every girl dreams about becoming a princess, but do guys ever secretly wish they could someone become a prince? Whether they do or not, teen heartthrob Drew Seeley is certainly making a splash as one in the Broadway production of The Little Mermaid. The handsome actor recently co-starred alongside Selena Gomez in the romantic comedy Another Cinderella Story, but now he’s branching out and showing off his strong vocal abilities as Prince Eric in the magical underwater musical based on both the Disney animated film and the classic Hans Christian Andersen fairy tale. He’s even snagged his own solo: a song called Her Voice. We needn’t Zac Efron to remind us that we love a hottie who sings.
