I don't care for her hair either, but it's not her fault, since she had to cut it for her movie "The Runaways". I think she pulled it off well, considereing.

ugh that hair is HORRIBLE!!!! and she looks so washed out in that boring outfit. the dress itself is cute but the outfit needs some help.
