What is the number one reason to get excited about awards season? The red carpet looks, of course! Last night, at the People’s Choice Awards, many stars dazzled in gorgeous gowns, but our overall fave was cutie country singer, Carrie Underwood. The down-home fashionista donned a strapless Naeem Khan dress and walked away with three awards: Favorite Country Song, Favorite Star Under 35, and Favorite Female Singer. Another stunner was 14-year-old Dakota Fanning, who scored trophies for Favorite Movie Drama and Favorite Independent Movie and looked pristine in electric-blue BCBG mini dress. Unfortunately, not everyone came away a winner: Jessica Stroup’s show, 90120, was beat out by The Mentalist for Favorite New TV Drama. However, even though the starlet left empty handed, she rocked a Herve Leger dress to perfection and was one of our top three best-dressed of the evening. That’s got to count for something, right?

Jessica Stoup. she's wearing that dress and showing it off to show everyone that she's entered the buildin' and every one needs to stop and put all eyes on her. lol
