In Bedtime Stories, Adam Sandler portrays a hotel handyman who regales his niece and nephew with colorful nighttime tales that begin to inspire surreal happenings in his own life. Fortunately, there was nothing sleep-inducing about the ultrafeminine Azzaro par Vanessa Seward frock that costar Keri Russell wore to the film’s premiere. Next up for Russell: The actress will bring her stylish superpower to an animated Wonder Woman. - Erin

ELLEgirl: Did you know how to play football before you started making The Longshots?
Keke Palmer: No actually I did not! I’ve seen it a couple of times on TV. I’m sort of a tomboy and a girl at the same time. So I’d thrown a football before but I wasn’t really an expert at it! EG: How did you prepare for the role? How many hours a day did you practice? KP: We trained for four weeks before the movie got started, and I just learned the technique of throwing the ball, you know the strength in your legs, the footwork and all that type of stuff. We practiced from 11AM to 3PM.

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio recently reunited—for the first time since Titanic 11 years ago—to star in Revolutionary Road, based on Richard Yates' 1961 tale of postwar suburban ennui. But there was nothing lackluster about the sparkling Balmain number Winslet wore to the movie’s L.A. premiere; the formfitting one-shoulder minidress revealed that Road is full of the right kind of curves.

Cameron Diaz isn't playing Princess Fiona in the theatrical adaptation of Shrek—Tony winner Sutton Foster is stepping in to portray the winsome ogress that Diaz has voiced throughout the film franchise. But she still looked like royalty at Shrek the Musical’s opening night on Broadway, appearing in a stunning white Bill Blass dress, Brian Atwood pumps, and Yossi Harari jewelry. Fans looking for Diaz to reprise the role will have to wait until the 2010 release of Shrek Goes Fourth. - Erin

Great news from across the pond this week! While Kate Moss signed on for an additional 3 years with Topshop at a reported $6.1 million a year (wow!), Sienna Miller and her sister, Savannah, just announced that their Twenty8Twelve clothing line will make its catwalk debut during London Fashion Week in February.
Given our obsession with these It-Brits, we couldn’t be happier—even if, in the case of Kate, it’s for purely selfish reasons! Seriously, the thought of shopping on Topshop.com without being able to snag her chic styles is just too upsetting to think about. We’re also pumped about Sienna’s upcoming runway show—props to her for sticking to her roots and showing in her home town!
