Breezy, colorful scarves have been popping up all over fashionable necks this summer –- despite 90 degree weather. Looks like being seasonally inappropriate is in this season. Although this trend isn’t exactly practical, most fashionistas and celebrities are opting for soft fabrics in bold colors and prints creating a refreshing new look for the stifling hot months of summer. Try adding a print to a solid color dress or a rich jewel tone to lighten up a monochromatic ensemble.
