Which is an achievement in itself really. The yellow tiered dress she's wearing is actually quite cute. Sure, she could have eased up on the self-tanner a bit. Maybe removed some of the My Little Pony hair extensions...but this is Brooke Hogan we're talking about. It's all relative.
