It's official: Jamie Lynn Spears is a mother! The actress/sister-to-popstar-trainwreck-Britney gave birth to a baby girl this morning. The 17-year-old named her daughter Maddie. While it's unclear whether or not her 19-year-old fiance Casey Aldridge was there with her at the Mississippi hospital, the couple is still planning to get married.
Besides taking care of her daughter and organizing the wedding, Jamie Lynn is eyeing Louisiana State University; since passing the GED in February, the new mother has said she's interested in going to college. Mazel Tov on the birth of a healthy baby girl!
before this post spelled jamie "jaime" and i'm only pointing it out because i'm bitter that i didn't get props for noticing it and them then changing it :) jk jk love you ellegirl and i feel bad for jamie just imagining how the paparazzi is going to react
