And Nicole Richie doesn't make them very often. At least not of the fashion variety. So it almost doesn't seem fair to point out that, indeed, it looks like she ripped the heavy drapery off of her grandparents' bay windows and fashioned a haphazard dress out of them, Scarlett O'Hara style.
