The Twilight Saga: New Moon hits theaters next week, and Robert, Taylor, and Co. have embarked on their worldwide press tour. While promoting the vampire flick in Paris yesterday Kristen Stewart looked anything but goth in an ultrafeminine chiffon frock by J. Mendel, eschewing Converse kicks for beige Sergio Rossi pumps. —Erin Clements
I love the smoky eye look, but I’m a dud when it comes to applying makeup (don’t tell the other ELLEgirl staffers!). That’s why I fell in love with these new eye shadow kits from Too Faced Cosmetics. Whether you like dark and sexy or pretty and natural, these kits have everything you need to create the perfect eye shadow look. Not only does each kit have great shades, but they also have step-by-step instruction cards so you can master the smoky eye or find your perfect daytime lid. I personally love the Natural Eye Kit. The colors are great for my skin tone and all blend so well together. Though tonight, I’m going to go bold and try out the Smoky Eye Palette. Wish me luck! Too Faced eye shadow kits are available at TooFaced.com and in Sephora stores and at Sephora.com. —Kate Cavanna
We all know your skin needs a little extra TLC in the winter. And if you’re anything like me, your lips are the first thing to react to the cold. Chapped lips are the worst—how am I supposed to rock my lipstick? But now dry, chapped lips can be avoided this winter with Neosporin’s new Daily Hydration Therapy. I know what you’re thinking: Neosporin? Isn’t that for cuts and scrapes? Yes, the trusty antibiotic brand has been a medicine cabinet staple for years, but now the brand is out to protect your lips with their new Neosporin Lip Health line. The Daily Hydration Therapy makes your lips feel silky smooth the second you apply it. Plus, while other lip balms only treat chapped lips on the surface, it goes deeper to restore your lips in just three days. How cool is that? Another bonus? It has SPF 20, which is key in protecting your lips (and yes, you still need SPF in the winter, ELLEgirls!). If your lips need serious damage control, try Neosporin’s Overnight Renewal Therapy which repairs your pucker while your sleep. What other products are you using to fight the cold this winter? —Kate Cavanna
Rising “it” girl Camilla Belle pulled out all the stops at the premiere of end-of-the-world epic, 2012. The actress walked the red carpet in an avant-garde diamante-embroidered Alexander McQueen dress from his spring 2010 collection. Although it was difficult to imagine this high-fashion look transitioning from runway to real-life, Belle was able to soften the look by adding delicate Cartier diamond jewelry, an Alexander Wang skull clutch, and ivory platform heels. The exaggerated beaded shoulders and bustled skirt make this rising star look ten-feet-tall. —Kiki Von

Vera Wang, queen of all things feminine and playful, has named a new princess in her chic empire to become the face of her famed perfume, Vera Wang Princess. Rising actress and singer Zoë Kravitz will fill the glass slippers for the previous face of the scent, Camilla Belle. A potion that perfectly mirrors Zoë’s eclectic, youthfully chic style, we couldn’t agree more with Vera, who personally chose the fashionista as the face of the new campaign. The colorful ads feature Zoë in a Vera Wang sage green gown amidst a sea of luxurious pink fabrics, with a whimsical jeweled tiara adorning her flawless waves—which, incidentally, were the handiwork of hairstylist Ursula Stephen (who also tends to the locks of Rihanna). It’s safe to say that Zoë’s living the charmed life and we can’t wait to see what’s next for her. What do you think of Zoë Kravitz as the new face of Vera Wang Princess? Sound off now! —Kiki Von Glinow
The New York Public Library held its annual Library Lions Gala last night, during which local literati and Hollywood A-listers alike exuded leonine pride for the Fifth Avenue institution. Its hallowed halls then erupted into a giant dance party for the Young Lions Benefit, an affair put on by its twenty- and thirtysomething patrons. The evening’s guests included Dustin Hoffman, Billy Crudup, John Lithgow, Zoe Kazan, and Leighton Meester, who channeled her inner artist in a Prabal Gurung dress featuring a painterly print and oversize bloom.

If you're anything like us, you've been listening to Brand New Eyes, the third studio album from Tennessee-bred quintet Paramore, since its release last month. I recently visited vocalist Hayley and bassist Jeremy backstage at their sold-out gig at NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom to chat about BNE's chart success, their former funk band, and what it was like to tour with No Doubt this summer. Our two favorite fashion moguls have
done it again! On the heels of their wildly successful labels, The Row and
Elizabeth & James, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have partnered with JCPenney
to launch their newest line, Olsenboye, a youthful mixture of urban chic and
bohemian edge. The girls been all around NYC this past week passing out free
cupcakes and showing off pieces from the new line in the Olsenboye Treat Truck,
an ice cream truck they converted into a shop on wheels. The best part is you
don’t have to hold your breath when turning over price tags—jeans, dresses,
shoes, and more are all at a price point of around $20-$50. Mark your calendars
because the line will officially debut in February 2010 at JCPenney stores
nationwide. And speaking of creations from celebs’ imaginations, Selena Gomez
is also launching her first eco-friendly clothing line, Dream Out Loud. The
environmentally and socially conscious actress, who recently spent time in
Ghana raising money for children’s
organizations there, is in the process of creating a line of dresses, floral
tops, jeans, and accessories that will all be made with organic materials and is
due out in 2010.
What do you think about celebs
turned designers? Will you support the Olsens' and Selena’s new lines?
